Live interpretation

Consecutive or simultaneous interpretation

What is interpretation?

Interpretation is the process of translating spoken or sign language between speakers of different languages. It is divided into simultaneous interpretation and conference or consecutive interpretation. An interpreter is a person who transforms the thought or expression in the source language into an expression with comparable meaning in the target language. Our experienced interpreters will endeavor to convey every semantic element (tone and register), the purpose and impression of the message that the speaker of the source language conveys to the listener of the target language.

Why choose the TAIA platform?

In addition to a team of court interpreters, TAIA also employs trained interpreters to interpret at meetings and conferences. The price depends on the language combination, the number of interpreters, the venue, and the complexity of the subject-matter. TAIA can arrange interpretation wherever you want to suit your needs.

After you have registered, upload the document, select the language you are translating from and the language into which you want to translate the document

and place the order.

How do we interpret?

Take a look at the five steps our team takes to ensure perfect interpretation.

Submitting an enquiry

In the first phase you send us an enquiry for interpretation. We need the following information to create the interpretation offer: where your event will take place, what type of interpretation you need, the language combinations, how long the interpretation will take, and the topic of the speeches to be interpreted.  Taking into account all of the above, we put together a quotation that will meet your needs.

The order choosing the best team of interpreters

When we receive your order, we begin by selecting the most appropriate interpreters. They will be selected based on who your listeners will be and the topic of the interpretation. We then send you a final quotation with the additional costs included, such as transportation and overnight accomodation for the interpreters.

Topic analysis

It is advisable to provide us with the texts and documentation (timetable, written speeches, etc.) of your event before the interpretation. This way our interpreters can be even better prepared for the interpretation.

Organizing the interpretion

We ensure that the interpreters are present on the day of the event and make sure that the interpretation goes smoothly. We take care of the entire organization for you, which includes transporting the interpreters and arranging their accommodation in the immediate vicinity of your event.

Performing the interpretation

We ensure the presence of the interpreters and the interpretation at the event. We assure you that our interpreters will always be well-prepared and will do their work professionally.
